George Goodman

George studied Mathematics and Computer Science at The University of Leicester, prior to bolstering his qualifications with accountancy training. He joined Buckle Barton (now part of the Montpelier Group) in 2002, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005.

George has experience of small and medium sized company statutory accounts preparation, group accounts, audit, management accounts and financial projections. 

Today George primarily undertakes the management of corporate finance assignments, including acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructuring. These assignments often involve due diligence, business plans, contract negotiations, and raising finance.
