Ian Meek

After studying Accounting and Finance at Newcastle University, Ian joined Buckle Barton (now part of the Montpelier Group) in 2003, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006.

Ian has substantial experience auditing small and medium sized companies, including complex group structures, as well as preparing financial projections and cash flow forecasts, which have been presented to third parties for the purpose of securing loan finance or renewing existing facilities for clients.

Furthermore, Ian has handled ad hoc Corporate Finance assignments, drafting Heads of Agreement, undertaking due diligence, reviewing sale and purchase agreements and making recommendations thereon.

Ian’s specialist areas include statutory audit and accounts production, management accounts and financial projections.
