John qualified with Spicer and Pegler in Manchester, gaining extensive corporate tax experience.
He joined THR Chartered Accountants in 1984 and was appointed a Director in 2008.
John has considerable corporate finance experience and has advised on £0.5million to £100 million deals. He also advises clients on turnarounds, venture capital funding, and strategic planning.
He is FCA qualified and has completed the financial services exam to FPC Level 2.
