Kirsty began her career at THR Chartered Accountants in 1997. In 2005, she was appointed as a Partner and subsequently became a Director when THR became part of Montpelier Professional (Lancs) Ltd.

Kirsty has extensive knowledge and expertise of the farming and rural industries, as well as helping entrepreneurs to develop and grow their businesses.
