Phil joined Buckle Barton from a 'Big Four' practice in the 1980's, building the firm in to one of the leading independent practices in Yorkshire.
Since its acquisition by Montpelier Professional Limited, Phil continues to lead the practice, advising on family matters, succession and estate planning, and tax issues.
He also heads our corporate finance function, advising on mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and funding for transactions, and business turnarounds.
